Azerbaijani karate fighters to join European Cham

The European Karate Regions Championship (WKF version) among club teams will be held in Moscow from June 9 to 10. “Baku” club will represent Azerbaijan in the tournament in the capital of Russia.
The club squad consists of a seven-year sportsman and six juniors who will compete in Kumite competitions.

Several times World and European champion Rafael Agayev (75kg), Niyazi Aliyev (67kg), Aykhan Mamayev (75kg) and others are including to the A team.

The club team will be led by the President of the National Karate Federation of Azerbaijan Yashar Bashirov and the Head Coach of the karate team Rahman Hatamov.
