Azerbaijani sambo fighters win medals at European championship

Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Islam Gasimov weighing in at 57 kg scoop the silver after loosing to Georgian Ushang Kuzanashvili in the final of the European Championship held in Moscow, Russia.

Another Azerbaijani sambo wrestler Kamran Javadov weighing in at 57 kg also grabbed the silver medal of the championship. The national team is led by senior coach Mubariz Ibrahimov.
