Baku to host int'l equestrian tournament

The international contest in equestrian sports of CSI-3* category is due in Baku on May 8-10. According to the news service for the Equestrian Federation of Azerbaijan, the contest with the overall prize fund of $156,000 will be held in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Along the hosts, sportsmen from Georgia, Iran, Poland and Turkey will also compete in Azerbaijan. The contest program includes the qualifier of the World Cup where guests from Turkey and Iran will also referee. The contests are due at the Bina Equestrian Center.
