Spring comes to Azerbaijan on March 21

Spring will come to Azerbaijan from night on March 20 to March 21 at 03.21, Director of the Nasraddin Tusi Astrophysics Institute Eyyub Guliyev told APA. To him, at that moment vernal equinox will be recorded in Azerbaijan.

Thereupon, sun will start to move toward northern hemisphere, days will lengthen. Guliyev said that the evening of March 20 will be considered as the eve of Novruz Holiday.
