Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee applies disciplinary actions towards 23 employees in 2010

Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee applied various disciplinary actions towards 23 employees of statistics authorities in 2010, who made neglects in reporting (in connection with the submission of reports containing mistakes, or delay), the State Committee said on Friday.

"Some 15 officers were reprimanded and five managers’ wages were reduced by 30% for various terms, three officers were dismissed from their posts because of shortcomings in the their activity," the state committee said.

The State Committee intends to further take disciplinary actions towards employees making shortages in their activity, the state committee said.
