Azerbaijani delegation participates in 18th international book fair in Belarus

Azerbaijani delegation led by chief of department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Javanshir Jafarov participated in the 18th International Book Fair in Belarus capital Minsk.

The event brought together representatives from 22 countries, including India, Iran, Cuba, Lithuania, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Italy.

Belarus President Lukashenko, Minister of Information Oleg Proleskovsky, Azerbaijani ambassador in Minsk Ali Nagiyev, ambassadors of Germany and Iran and other officials familiarized themselves with Azerbaijani stand.

The fair “Books of Belarus-2011” was organized by the Belarusian Information Ministry, the Belarusian Publisher and Bookseller Association, Belkniga and Makbel companies.
