Minister: Azerbaijan to pay more attention to youth employment this year

This year, Azerbaijani Youth and Sports Ministry intends to pay more attention to youth employment, the Youth and Sports Minister Azad Rahimov told journalists today.

He said that job fairs will be held in this regard. Rahimov called new projects in the sphere of youth policy as one of the ministry's priorities.

According to him, so far, over 200 youth organizations have been registered in Azerbaijan, and they will be involved in the ministry's projects on youth policy. Besides, the country will focus on the Azerbaijani youth's participation in international activities.

Azerbaijan marks Youth Day on Feb.2. Today the Youth and Sports Ministry's delegation visited the Alley of Honor and Alley of Martyrs.
