20 January handicaps to receive presidential stipend

President Ilham Aliyev decreed to administer presidential stipend for the handicaps of 20 January 1990.

Under the Decree, the first group of invalids will receive AZN150, the second group - AZN130 and the third group - AZN100. The Decree comes into effect since January 1, 2011.
