Azerbaijani from Khojaly kills a man in Barda region

A deadly car accident occured in Barda region of Azerbaijan yesterday roughly at 15:30 (local time).

According to the information from Interior Ministry, a citizen of Barda Elvin Javadov (originally from Khodjaly) hit Valeh Hashimov with his car. Reportedly, Hashimov died on the spot. An investigation on this incident has been launched.
