Russian state universities to hold educational exhibition in Baku

A group of Russian state universities and the organization of "Ruckus" first will hold the educational exhibition in Baku May 21-22, "Ruckus" director general Avbakar Nutsalov said at a press conference "Education in Russia - preparation of professional personnel for Azerbaijan".

He said that favorable conditions were created to teach students from CIS countries in Russia. About 80 percent of the cost of their education is paid by Russia. Every year, Russia allocates 10,300 scholarships for CIS countries.

Education Exhibition will be held at the Russian Information and Cultural Center of the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan. This year, only 110 entrants wished to take exams to Russian universities through the state line, which is less than in previous years.
