Russian minister of culture to visit Azerbaijan

Russian Minister of Culture Alexander Avdeev will be on a working visit to Azerbaijan on Jan. 21-22, Russian ministry of culture said.

Within the visit, Avdeev will attend the forum of Russian and Azerbaijani communities.
