Caucasian Muslims Office chief meets Chechnya president

Following the opening ceremony, President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov and Chief of Caucasian Muslims Office had one-on-one meeting.

Allahshukur Pashazadeh said he knew the president’s father.

“I knew your father for a long time, we were real friends. We had no secrets, we helped each other. I assure you that Haji Ahmad passed away as a martyr on the eve of his birthday. Our national leader Heydar Aliyev always told me to help the Chechen people. Incumbent President Ilham Aliyev also feels sympathy towards the Chechen people and asked me to express his friendly words to you and the Chechen people,” he said.
