Azerbaijani wrestler becomes world champion

Greco-Roman wrestler entered the fight first of all. Starting the day was quite successful for the Azerbaijani team. In the weight category to 60 kg Hasan Aliyev won 1st place. On the way to the final, he defeated his rivals from Romania, Egypt, Georgia and Iran. He took precedence over Turkish Rahman Biliji in a decisive fight.

Khurshud Babashov (50 kg) won bronze medal. He defeated Kyrgyz wrestler in a battle for 3rd place.
