
Dangerous steeps have formed on the side of a bridge, a part of the Silk Road. Construction engineer Vafa Pashayev told APA that in the result of incorrect construction of a bridge, forming a part of the Silk Road, rainfalls led to formation of dangerous steeps on the side of the road, adjacent to the bridge, in the territory, passing via Hajiqabul.
"Formation of steeps is connected with the fact that fastening works have not been conducted on the sides, ditches, regulating overflow, have not been created there. It is necessary to conduct urgent measures in connection with the emerging threat of road destruction during the movement of trucks here. Landslides may occur on the road foundation due to the resonance, created by cars.
He said completing words were not conducted around the bridge and the bridge is not completely ready for operation.
