Azerbaijani serviceman captured by Armenians, released

Azerbaijani citizen Yagub Allahverdi oghlu Mukhtarov, born in 1988, captured by Armenians in Tovuz direction on March 9 of 2008, has been released.
The due announcement was made by the press service for the State Commission for War Prisoners, Missing people and Hostages of Azerbaijan.

The message states that Yagub Mukhtarov was released on the contact front line in the direction of Bala Jafarli village of Qazakh. He feels well.

The process involved officials of the work group of the state commission, Ministry of Defense, International Committee of the Red Cross. Mukhtarov was transferred to the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that Yagub Mukhtarov, born in Sheki in 1988, was captured by Armenians in Tovuz.

As for another Azerbaijani captive, Eybatov Vusal, according to Novosti-Armenia, Armenians are ready to return him too.

It should be reminded that Eybatov was detained by Armenian armed forces near Yusifjanly village of Aghdam on April 11 of 2008.
