Court hearing on Eynulla Fatullayev's case to resume on January 15

The court hearing on the case of the editor-in-chief of the Gundelik Azerbaijan and Realny Azerbaijan newspapers Eynulla Fatullayev regarding the complaint filed against the decision of the Court of Grave Crimes was held in the Baku Court of Appeal.

The due information has been provided by the Court.

According to the information, the State Prosecutor asked the judge to give him time to deliver speech.

Thus, the next court hearing will be held at 02:00 p.m. on January 15.
