Forum of Azerbaijani scientists abroad postponed

Forum of Azerbaijani Scientists living abroad to be held in Anatolia, Turkey in early June has been postponed, Nazim Ibrahimov, the chairman of the State Committee for Azerbaijanis Living Abroad Nazim Ibrahimov told journalists.

He said it is connected with technical issues, APA reports.

"The event is impossible as tourist visits, vocation of scientists start in summer months, examinations are held for admission to Universities. Therefore we delayed the event. This event will take place in proper time," he said.

The chairman of the Committee stated that the visit is due to be held in Baku, not in Anatolia.
