Azerbaijan Composers Union to hold conference

According to him, the opening ceremony will take place on June 12 a day before than it is arranged. The reason for that is the visit abroad of the collective of opera. New and famous plays will be played within 7 days.

Celebrated composers as Arif Malikov, Ramiz Mirishli, Shafiga Akhundova, Oktay Zulfugarov, Oktay Kazimi, Nariman Hamidov, Ramiz Mustatfayev, Firangiz Alizada and Faig Sujadddinov will attend the conference.

Ramiz Zohrabov said "Tour on Caucasus" by Agshin Alizada and "Leyli and Majnun" by Gara Garayev will be acted. Moreover performances on Ramiz Mustatfayev's and Ramiz Mirishli's plays will be demonstrated at Azerbaijan State Musical Comedy Theater. Ramiz Zohrabov said 3 symphonic concerts will be organized within conference.

The last day of the conference – June 17 will elect the chairman and secretariat of Azerbaijan Composers Union, APA reports.
