State Veterinary Service publicizes results of Bird flu monitoring

State Veterinary Service under Agriculture Ministry finished examining the samples taken during the monitoring held on Bird flu February 12-17.

Republic Veterinary Laboratory examined pathological samples from 30 wild birds, blood samples from 32 wild birds, pathological samples from 7 poultries, and blood samples from 586 poultries of different farms.

Bird flu virus was not found in the samples.

State Veterinary Service will start next monitoring March 5, APA reports.
