Emergencies Ministry takes measures on expected problems November 5

"The rain caused serious problems with sewer system in Baku on October 27," Emergencies Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov told the journalists.

The Minister said that the problems happened because of rain.

"These cases happen in Europe and Turkey recently. Some person said that the city economy is not ready for winter. It is not right. Not all sewer systems work well. But during the rains this kind of cases happen," Heydarov said.

Heydarov said that Emergencies Ministry takes needed measures on forecasted weather, APA reports.
