Turkey's Igdir and Azerbaijan's Shamakhi will fraternize.

Hasan Zeynalov, General Consul of Azerbaijan to Gars told the APA that in the second ten-day of November Igdir governor-general and the head of local authority would visit Azerbaijan to sign the document.
