British Ambassador visits Azerbaijan State Economic University

Rector of the University, professor Shamsaddin Hajiyev gave detailed information on University's activities. About 20 thousand students study at the University, including 1500 teaching staff. The lessons are held in Azeri, Turkish, English and Russian languages. The University establishes close ties with the prestige Universities of world and is a member of the Association of European Universities and other international structures, rector said.

British Ambassador familiarized himself with the photo stand of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as e-libraries and lecture halls. Mr. Bristow delivered lecture entitled ' Current state of the economic links between Azerbaijan and Great Britain, and prospects of development'. AzerTAg
