Azeri gymnast claims gold at int'l tournament

Azerbaijani gymnast Aliya Garayeva snatched gold with 65.6 point in all-round competitions of the Helsinki international tournament.

Moreover, Azerbaijani gymnast Teymur Shahlamazov will attend the 39th World Gymnastics Championship to be held October 13 in Aarhus (Denmark), which to bring together the best gymnasts from 70 countries.

On the threshold of the Championship, T. Shalamasov and Shakir Shjixaliyev ranked 9th and 10th respectively at the international tournament 'Bosforus Cup' in Istanbul. AzerTAg
