Head of Ganja Health Department replaced again

As APA informs, Mehman Rzayev had worked chief department of Diagnostics Center in Baku before he was appointed to this post. According to the information, Rizvan Asgarov was reappointed to post of head doctor of Child Hospital #1.

It should be noted that, Head of Ganja Health Department was replaced 50 days ago. Before Rizvan Asgarov, Hasrat Huseynov who was known as close associate of Ali Insanov and removed from the chairmanship of Ganja organization of Yeni Azerbaijan Party, (YAP) had held this post since 1995.
