Some IDP families will not be distributed social allowances

The State Committee on Refugees and Internally Displaced People, Department of International Relations, Information and Press Service director Sanan Huseynov told APA news agency that the list of families to be granted the allowance might be changed.

The internally displaced families who bought a new house and were registered in a local place of residence will not be granted money by the state. Every year it costs 16 billions manats for the state to supply the displaced people with money. Every member of the displaced families receives 30 thousand manats as "money for bread".

The internally displaced people will get the allowance from the bank-machines via plastic cards. By the end of the year 47 thousand displaced families living in Baku and Sumgayit will receive the plastic cards.
