Azerbaijani teacher taking bribes from student in Turkey was arrested.
The prestigious newspaper of Turkey “Milliyyet” informed about this. The information reads that, head of Building Engineering faculty of Nighde University professor-doctor Zerife Khanmemmed demanded 6 thousand NTLs (about US$4500) from the fourth-year student of Building Engineering and Architecture faculty.

The professor was detained on the place of criminal action while the student who informed the police of it was handing the money to the professor. Another employee of the dean’s office Chetin Akaba who participated in the taking of bribes was detained by the police, too. Z.Khanmammed and C.Akaba was imprisoned under the shift court decision and sent to “E” typed Closed Prison of Nigde city.
