Rallies in Azerbaijani districts not connected with devaluation of manat

The rallies in some districts of Azerbaijan were not connected with the devaluation of the manat, said Lieutenant-General Madat Guliyev, the head of the Azerbaijani State Security Service.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev gave instructions and set a task so that the created State Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service would meet the modern requirements, head of the Azerbaijan State Security Service, Lieutenant-General Madat Guliyev told reporters January 19.
