             Azerbaijani Armed Forces held tactical flight drills Nov. 11, which involved the country’s combat helicopters.
Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov directly supervised the drills, which were also observed by Azerbaijan’s First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov.
During the exercises, pilots conducted tasks on detecting various facilities of conditional enemy and its moving and stationary armored vehicles.
They executed other regulatory tasks as well.
The drills also involved inspection of state of preparedness of ground services to deploy aviation hardware on supplementary and operational airfields.
Afterwards, drills proceeded with destruction of a variety of targets using guided missiles.
All the tasks assigned by defense minister were successfully completed, and he highly praised the drills’ results.
