Weather to be dominantly cloudy

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reports that cloudy weather is forecasted to dominate along with the rain and fog in some places mainly in the morning and evening. Mild northern wind to waft.
The temperature will be +3-5C at night, +5-9C in the afternoon.

Regarding the regions of Azerbaijan , the weather is going to be intermittently wet, sleety, snowy in foothills and mountainous areas and hazy in several areas. Western wind to blow.
The temperature will be +1-6C at night, +8-13C in the afternoon,  while 0-5C in mountains at night, -5-10C at high mountainous regions, +4-9C in the afternoon.
