British ambassador visits AUL

British ambassador to Azerbaijan Peter Bateman has today visited the Azerbaijan University of Languages to meet rector, Prof. Samad Seyidov.

Seyidov briefed the British ambassador on the activities of the university, particularly its international relations. He noted that some 20 students were studying in the Essex University of Great Britain. The rector also stressed the importance of joint conferences on teaching the English language.

Bateman praised relations of the AUL with the British Universities.
Following the meeting the British ambassador held a meeting with students of the university.
The event featured demonstration of video on students` opinions on Great Britain.
