Quake jolts Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan

Quake hits Shamakhi region of Azerbaijan. Republican Center of Seismic Service of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences told APA that the 3 magnitude earthquake struck Shamakhi on Monday at a relatively shallow depth of 4 km at 20:36 by local time, about 18 km south-east of Shamakhi region.

The quake was not felt.
