Azerbaijan to amend law on 'List of items excluded from civil circulation'

The list of items excluded from civil circulation will be changed in Azerbaijan.

Changes to the law on the "List of items excluded from civil circulation" have been proposed, the Azerbaijani Parliament told Trend today.

It is planned to include the devices or computer programs, created to commit cyber crimes, in the list.

It should be stressed that a special chapter "Cybercrime", consisting of five articles, has been included in the Criminal Code.
