Auto hooligans once again demonstrated their "skill" on Baku’s streets despite snowy and freezing weather conditions. Performing dangerous maneuvers on the ice, auto hooligans, mainly taxi drivers, endangered people's lives, Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said.
He said about 282 auto hooligans were brought to administrative responsibility because of traffic violations in 2011. Assad said auto hooligans roughly violate traffic regulations and endanger other road users, showing disrespect for society. He said the police will conduct raids and take serious measures against them.
