Where is the sun? Snow breaks record!

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported that continuation of frosty weather is considered unsuitable for meteorologically vulnerable people.

Snow is predicted in Baku and Absheron peninsula tomorrow.  Short term interruption of precipitation is expected in the afternoon. North-western wind will blow, will strengthen off and on at night, and weaken in the second half of the day.  The temperature will be -4-7 ?C at night, -1-3?C in the afternoon. Roads will ice up.

The snow and freezing weather also predicted in the country’s regions. Snow will gradually discontinue in the afternoon in the western regions. Fog will be in several places. Western wind will blow, and will intermittently strengthen at night and in the morning.

The temperature is forecast to be -4-7?C at night, 0-(-3) ?C in the afternoon, -12-17?C in the mountains at night, and -3-8?C in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in the high mountainous areas is predicted to be -20-25?C. Roads will be covered with ice.
