Traffic movement faces problems in Azerbaijan

The traffic movement is paralyzed on roads and major highways as Azerbaijan faced snowstorm and freezing temperatures, , Azerbaijani Interior Ministry’s Central State Traffic Police Department spokesman Kamran Aliyev reported.

The traffic movement was limited on the Baku-Shamakhi highway, from the section in the Jangi settlement . The traffic movement on the Baku-Guna higway is allowed only for all-wheel-drive cars, on the Agsu pass – only for trucks.  The traffic flow on the Baku-Agsu highways runs smoothly as no black ice observed here.
 
Aliyev said 9 traffic accidents were recorded in Azerbaijan yesterday. The accidents killed 4 and injured 10 people.
