Centre for Intellectual Property Rights Protection legalized

The cabinet of ministers approved a list of agencies under the Copyright agency which are not part of its structure. The decision sees that the Center for Intellectual Property Rights is considered a body under the Copyright agency of Azerbaijan, which is not part of its structure, the cabinet of ministers told Trend.

The list was approved by decision ¹1 of the cabinet of ministers from Jan.6 2012. The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights was created last year. The Centre aims at increasing efficiency of consideration of appeals. The Centre will also work to increase level of preparation of agency's specialists as well as other people who are interested in copyright and other related rights.
