The traffic police advise drivers to follow the traffic rules when driving on snow- and ice-covering road. During the snowy days, drivers should pay particular attention to the tire pressure, Baku State Central Traffic Police Department spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Vagif Asadov said. Assad also advises drivers to use dipped headlights.
 
There were recorded a number of tragic traffic accidents in Baku due to snow in late November 2011.  The Safe City Service cameras shot some of them.
