Georgian border guards fine captain of Russian seiner

The Coast Guard Department of the Georgian Border Police fined Vasily Polyansky, captain of the fishing seiner to the amount of 500 lari ($ 1 = 1.66 lari). He was detained in the territorial waters of Georgia on September 2, the Georgian Border Police said.
