Microsoft legalizes Georgian government's software

13 July 2011 [18:38] - TODAY.AZ
The Georgian Labor, Health and Social Protection Ministry has formalized a corporate agreement with Microsoft with the help of UGT. It is an important step to legalize software.

According to the agreement, the ministry received not only licensed software products. It will use their updated versions, manufacturer's technical support and other services within three years.

Minister Andria Urushadze said that this is another step that was taken in terms of information technologies in health care.

"I think that these contracts promote the development of the country's legal software programs," he said.

UGT closely works with the ministry.
