Kuwait's national air carrier Kuwait Airways has resumed direct flights from Kuwait to Istanbul.
Hamad Latif Al-Falah, CEO of Kuwait Airways, told a ceremony at Istanbul's Ataturk Airport on Thursday that the airline would offer flights between two destinations three times a week.
"We offer affordable and high-quality alternatives to help Turks discover Kuwait and Kuwaitis learn more about Turkey," Al-Falah said.
Flights between Kuwait and Istanbul will take place on Mondays, Thursday and Saturday.
