Turkey's unemployment rate down to 11.9

Turkey's jobless rate decreased to 11.9 percent year-on-year in 2010. Turkey's statistics authority, TurkStat, said on Tuesday that the number of unemployed dropped to 3,046,000 in Turkey.

Jobless rate fell by 2.1 points to 11.9 percent in 2010 compared to the previous year. The unemployment rate was 14 percent in 2009.
