PACE President: Normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations depends on Armenia

President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Mevlut Cavusoglu believes that the continuation of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations depends on Yerevan's position.

"Everything depends on Armenia. If it refuses preconditions, which are reflected in the Constitutional Court's decision, it is still possible. Not only me, but the entire international community believes that until Armenia liberates the occupied [Azerbaijani] territories, progress in the region is impossible, Cavusoglu said in an interview with Mediamax Agency.
