02 February 2010 [14:00] - TODAY.AZ
A Member of Parliament industry committee announced lack of sufficient wages for working class creates economical obstacles in the society.
Speaking to ILNA Shariyar Taherpour noted that the low incomes and subsides from government will not solve the economical problems of countries working class.

He underlined the problem is deeper.

He said "the minimum wages for workers are not the real base of inflation", adding that unemployment, inflation, high expenses are the common problems of countries industrial units.

While the government reform subsidy bill is on the way, he notes that according to analysts predictions, the implementation of the bill will increase the inflation up to 20 percent.

"If we add this sum to annual inflation rate we will face 40 percent inflation next year but it is not clear if the government raise the workers wages to 40 percent as well."

He adds that lowering the wages for the sake of implementing subsides will not help working class to pay the cost of living.
