One person killed after four-story house collapses in Istanbul

A suspended ceiling in the basement of a four-story building in Sancaktepe collapsed Tuesday, killing one person, Anatolia news agency reported.

Earlier reports stated that several people were injured in the collapse.

Broadcaster CNNTürk reported that firefighters and ambulances were dispatched to the scene.
