28 October 2013 [11:55] - TODAY.AZ
Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili has congratulated the people of Georgia with the election as the president of Georgia, the presidential candidate of the ruling 'Georgian Dream' coalition, Giorgi Margvelashvili. He stressed that "this is another step in the development of Georgia" at a rally after the announcement of the results of the exit poll in front of the central office of the 'Georgian Dream' coalition in Tbilisi.

"We are gradually going the way of development, and each year we will move forward on the path of progress and in 20 years we will become a real European country", he said.

Bidzina Ivanishvili said that he was confident of the victory of Margvelashvili and therefore he predicted at least 60% advantage. "This is a result of my analysis, if we got less than 60%, I would doubt that the Georgian people have a sense of gratitude", the prime minister said.

"We made a great step with today's win and now we move on without cohabitation imposed on us", he said.

The prime minister said, that at a rally there are the ministers and MPs as "ordinary ones among equals".
