Davutoglu: Turkey aims is to become world power

At present, Turkey's goal is to become a world power, but not just a regional leader, Anadolu agency quotes Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu as saying on Tuesday.

Davutoglu said that Ankara makes every endeavor to achieve this goal, and if to look at the schedule of work of the Foreign Ministry within only one month, then one can see that this goal is fully achievable.

"Turkey's goal may seem, at first glance, unreal, but, given the actual situation and efforts of Turkey in this direction, as well as a schedule of work and numerous meetings of the country's Foreign Ministry, it becomes clear that this goal is achievable," Davutoglu said.
