The new search engine has been titled "Parsijoo", and it is now in testing stages.
Taghipour said that the engine is still being improved, with more components being added to it every day.
"The search engine requires a lot of memory and specific equipment, which is currently being prepared," Taghipour said.
He also noted that it is planned to create several more local search engines in Iran in the near future.
