Iran again warns Israel

19 September 2012 [20:00] - TODAY.AZ
Advisory Board chairman and former Iranian President Ali Hashemi Rafsanjani has issued a warning to the major world powers, Mehr reported.

"To those who claim they are the world order, they must not start religion wars," Rafsanjani said.

Iran's former president urged the major powers not to let their Israeli "illegitimate children" commit military suicide.

"Iran's patience is running thin, as the cup is almost full, despite its size," Rafsanjani said.

Further on, Rafsanjani brought up the lines from Quran, with regard to the enemies of Islam and the Islamic Republic.

"I would like to remind, that despite Quran tells us "...do not insult those they invoke other than Allah", however if you continue to act with inferiority and stupidity towards the holy people, then I would also say that Quran also tells us to avenge "...and fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion".
