Turkish soldiers killed in shootout with PKK terrorists

Two soldiers of the Turkish army were killed and another was seriously wounded as a result of a shootout with militants of the terrorist Kurdistan Workers' Party in the Hatay city, the Sabah newspaper reported.

The terrorists also suffered lost, as four PKK militants were killed.

The conflict between Turkey and the PKK has lasted for over 25 years. The PKK is recognised as a terrorist organisation by both the UN and the EU.
