National leader Heydar Aliyev`s memory honored in Paris

Azerbaijan`s Embassy in France has organized an event to honor the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev. The commemorative event brought together Azerbaijani MPs, representatives of Diaspora organisations, intellectuals and students.

Opening the event, ambassador Elchin Amirbayov spoke about national leader Heydar Aliyev`s great efforts to strengthen the state independence of Azerbaijan. He noted as a result of the national leader`s wise policy, Azerbaijan became a powerful state in the world.

MP Rafael Huseynov said today`s development of Azerbaijan was laid by national leader Heydar Aliyev. Huseynov noted the national leader`s policy was continued successfully by President Ilham Aliyev. Other speakers at the event were MP Ramiz Rzayev and rector of Baku Music Academy Farhad Badalbayli.
